The Story Of A Musician & Actor James Naleski

James Naleski, is an actor, entrepreneur, entertainer, and a musician! He is also growing behind the scenes as a graphic designer awaiting to publicly show you what he’s been up too! But the creative process is being hidden to keep you wondering about what may happen next!

Q1.) What’s your backstory?

James Naleski: “When I was in the second grade I met a piano, vocal and songwriting coach at Azara Production Studios where my brother was studying drums. I tried the piano and I loved it. Within a matter of months I had begun composing. Later that year I performed an original song at school. The music teacher was amazed at what I could do.”

“With Azara as my mentor, I began to develop rapidly as a songwriter, and although a career in music was always my primary objective, I didn’t want to limit myself as an all-around artist. And I decided to attend Paier College of Art in 2015 and expanded my skills in illustration, graphic design and photography. I graduated with a BFA in graphic design.”

“I was able to intern with Ninja Warrior veteran, Joe Moravsky, Grammy-award winner, Will Champlin, and finally Emmy-award winner, Brandon T. Adams.”

Q2.) Who inspired you to become a musician?

James Naleski: “Boy, that’s a long list — but without a doubt, Azara, James Horner, Hans Zimmer, OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds are high up there.”

Q3.) Today, some artists have a message through their music to share with the world. Do you have one?

James Naleski: “I believe that it is my duty to promote unity in this unpeaceful world and to inspire and encourage upcoming generations to operate at an extraordinary level as human beings.

Q4.) You’ve worked with some huge artists, what are some of the most important lessons you’ve learned from working with them?

James Naleski: “I realized how imperative, however difficult, it is to manage time effectively. I’ve also learned how to deal with the pressures and differing viewpoints that arise when working with others.”

Q5.) What’s the best advice you have ever received?

James Naleski: “A fellow producer once shared with me, how important collaborating and networking with others is. It’s really important to be fair, and even generous with publishing percentages – to gain the reputation of an easy person to work also with, not demanding or a credit hound—its a team effort.”

Q6.) How do you define success?

James Naleski: “For me, there are a couple of important measures of success. Finding whatever it is in life that fulfills your personal sense of purpose and then pursuing it. The other important measurement of success is the quality of my relationships in my life. I strive to stay especially close with my family, because without them I would not be in the position I am in today.”
