The beauty industry is expanding rapidly, but this sophisticated area only sticks to the names of those who maintain high standards. Dr. K. Gasser-Celik, one of the most successful doctors in the sphere of aesthetical medicine, has spoken to us and told us about the things to which she gives the priority to while developing her Exito Beauty Clinic.
- When did the idea of founding a beauty clinic come to your mind?
- “In fact, I have been fond of different kinds of beauty features since my childhood. It was my, say, ‘puppy love.’ This love has changed its shapes many times in my life, as it has made a long way from a plain interest to a conscious and stern enthusiasm bolstered with knowledge. It is worth saying some words about that very ‘knowledge.’ I’m persuaded that I began gaining it when I only started doing makeup for my mother and different people around me without an idea how to do that. I’m highly convinced of it because good and sturdy knowledge has a hierarchical structure, and the foundation of it is a simple will. My knowledge acquired new levels in this hierarchy by constantly studying and observing my surroundings, and finally reached the stage when you need self-realization. And the clinic has become the way for my self-realization.”
- You certainly knew the competition in this area was strong when you only started your career. The rule reads: “Where there’s demand, there’s supply,” and the demand has been growing all these years. Weren’t you afraid of it?
- “Of course, I was, because you always have chances to fail at the very beginning. But there is another backroom rule and it reads the following: ‘Good conquers evil.’ You are undoubtedly right saying this area appeals to entrepreneurs because of the economical rule you have just quoted. But good doesn’t have the origin of an agile desire to earn money; good has the origin of an agile desire to do this good. And that was my eagerness. I wanted to make people happier by doing qualitative work based on my knowledge which I was ready to expand. Right from the beginning, I was ready for exhausting labor and I wasn’t afraid of it. I guess, my sporting blood dominated over a natural fear of inception.”
- That was an awesome principle for launching your company. Do you have any more guidelines you follow in your work now?
- “I have my personal guideline I have laid down when I set up the clinic and it states that the policy of the company isn’t less significant than the product the company offers. The motto of our company is ‘Our priority is our clients. As I have already noticed, my major goal has always been. A volition to make people happier, and I will never betray this target. All our actions are made for the weal of our clients, and that is the reason we exist.”
- Do you have any plans to expand the geography of your clinic to allow more people to use the services you offer?
- “Though these are only plans, I can assure you that soon much more people will have the possibility to come. My clinic in order to fulfill what they have always dreamt of.”
- While now you have the branches of your clinic only in Europe, we have readers from all over the world. What pieces of advice would you give them in the sphere you are a professional in?
- “Well, I won’t give vast recommendations about skincare because it’s individual for each person. So I can only say you need to take care of your skin. I will say some words about consciousness. You know, our world doesn’t take a step forward each day – it makes two steps each minute. Tendencies are changing, fashion sustains variations. And we are all under the influence of it, no matter if we want it or not. In our clinic, we always investigate twice. If the client really wants to bring alterations or that is a swift whim. Real happiness comes from inside, and you need to do this investigation yourself as well. Because the only thing we need to care about a lot is ourselves. As the world is spinning around and changing, and only we will always remain with ourselves.”
