Now Entertainment Magazine — Editorial Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Now Entertainment Magazine is an independent digital publication covering hip-hop, indie pop, and entertainment news, owned and operated by Never Off Work Entertainment, LLC of Gordon, Georgia. This policy explains how we report, verify, and publish.
Accuracy and sourcing. We verify facts before publication. News reporting is based on primary sources where possible — official statements, court and police records, public filings, and direct interviews — and on credible secondary reporting where primary sources are unavailable. We attribute information to its source and link to source material so readers can verify it themselves. We do not publish rumors as fact. When a story is developing and details are unconfirmed, we say so explicitly.
Independence. Our editorial coverage is not for sale. Advertisers, sponsors, and partners have no influence over our news judgment, reviews, or interview coverage, and they may not review or request changes to editorial content before publication. Sponsored or paid content, when published, is clearly labeled as such and is governed by our Advertising Policy.
Reviews and submissions. We accept music submissions from artists and their representatives. Acceptance of a submission does not guarantee coverage, and payment for promotional services never buys a favorable review. Opinions expressed in reviews are those of the credited writer.
Conflicts of interest. Our founder and Editor-in-Chief, Tony M. Fountain, is also a recording artist (TMF Precha) and author. Articles covering his work, or the work of any Now Entertainment staff member, are disclosed as such within the article. Writers do not cover stories in which they have a personal or financial stake without disclosure.
Corrections. We correct errors promptly and transparently. Substantive corrections are noted on the article itself. See our full Corrections Policy.
Ethics. Our staff and contributors are bound by our Ethics Policy, which covers journalistic integrity, source protection, and conflict-of-interest disclosure.
Use of AI tools. Editorial content is written and edited by our human staff. Where AI tools assist with research, translation (for example, our syndicated Russian-language feed), or production tasks, a human editor reviews the output before publication, and responsibility for accuracy remains with our editorial team.
Separation of news and opinion. Reviews, interviews, and opinion content are labeled by category. Straight news reporting appears under “In the News.”
Funding. Now Entertainment Magazine is funded through advertising, promotional services, merchandise, and reader donations. None of these revenue streams influence editorial decisions.
