Corrections Policy

Now Entertainment Magazine is committed to accuracy. We verify information before we publish it, and when we get something wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently. This policy explains how we handle errors and how you can report one.
How to report an error
If you believe we have published a factual error, tell us. Email [email protected] or use our contact form. Please include the article title or link, the specific statement you believe is incorrect, and any supporting information or sources.
We review every correction request. We aim to respond within 48 hours of receiving a report.
How we correct errors
When we confirm a factual error, we fix it as quickly as possible and note the change on the article itself:
- Minor errors (such as spelling, a misspelled name, a typo, or a broken link) are corrected directly, and where the fix affects meaning we add a brief note.
- Substantive factual errors (such as an incorrect fact, figure, date, or quote) are corrected in the text, and we add a dated correction note to the bottom of the article describing what was changed.
- Significant errors that undermine the central point of an article may warrant a full retraction with an explanation. When we retract, we explain why and leave a record rather than quietly deleting the piece.
We do not delete or unpublish articles to hide mistakes. The integrity of the public record matters more than the discomfort of a correction.
How corrections are displayed
Corrections and updates appear on the affected article, dated, so readers can see what changed and when. For developing news stories, we timestamp updates and distinguish confirmed facts from information that is still developing.
Corrections archive
We maintain a record of substantive corrections and retractions. Past corrections remain accessible to readers rather than being erased.
