Now Entertainment Magazine (nowentertainment.net) is an independent publication owned and operated by Never Off Work Entertainment, LLC, a for-profit limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, United States.

The company was founded in 2011 by Tony M. Fountain (also known by his recording artist name, TMF Precha), originally as a recording studio and label before evolving into the multiplatform news and media organization it is today. Tony M. Fountain serves as Founder, Editor-in-Chief, and Director of Content.

Now Entertainment Magazine is privately held. It is not owned by, funded by, or operated on behalf of any political party, government, corporation, or outside investor. Never Off Work Entertainment, LLC retains full editorial and operational independence over all content published by Now Entertainment Magazine.

How We Are Funded

Now Entertainment Magazine is financed entirely through its own commercial operations. We receive no funding from political organizations, governments, or undisclosed third parties. Our revenue comes from the following sources:

  • Display advertising, including Google AdSense and other advertising networks, served programmatically across the website.
  • Affiliate links, through which we may earn a commission when readers purchase products or services via links in our content, at no additional cost to the reader.
  • Sponsored content and artist promotion, including paid placements and promotional packages. All sponsored, paid, or promotional content is clearly and conspicuously labeled as such and is kept separate from our independent editorial coverage.
  • Media and creative services, such as videography, graphic and web design, SEO, and consulting offered by Never Off Work Entertainment, LLC.
  • Merchandise sales through our online store (shop.nowentertainment.net).
  • Reader donations, which are voluntary and carry no influence over editorial decisions or coverage.

Editorial Independence

Our funding sources do not influence the substance, tone, or conclusions of our independent editorial reporting. Advertisers, sponsors, affiliate partners, and donors have no input into, or advance review of, our news coverage, reviews, or interviews. Decisions about what we cover and how we cover it rest solely with our editorial team.

Where a potential conflict of interest exists — including coverage relating to our founder’s work as recording artist TMF Precha, or to our own commercial partners — we disclose it in accordance with our Editorial Policy and Ethics Policy.
