Our Commitment Now Entertainment is committed to the highest standards of journalistic integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all our editorial and business practices.
Editorial Independence
- Editorial decisions are made independently of business, advertising, or personal interests
- We maintain a clear separation between editorial content and sponsored content
- Writers and editors disclose any potential conflicts of interest
- We do not allow advertisers or partners to influence our editorial content
Accuracy and Verification
- We strive for accuracy in all reporting and content
- We verify information through credible sources before publication
- We correct errors promptly and transparently

Transparency and Disclosure

Complimentary Access, Press Tickets, and Review Materials
Now Entertainment sometimes accepts complimentary press tickets, screeners, review copies, and similar materials from promoters, publicists, labels, and venues. This is standard practice in entertainment coverage and allows us to report on events and releases we would otherwise be unable to attend or access.
Accepting these materials never guarantees coverage, never guarantees favorable coverage, and never gives the provider any right to review, approve, or alter an article before it is published. Our editorial judgment is not for sale, and we will decline or return materials where accepting them would compromise that independence.
When an article is based in whole or in part on complimentary access or materials, we disclose that on the article itself.
Complimentary access is distinct from paid placement. We do not accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage. Content that has been paid for is separately and clearly labeled as sponsored, both on the article and on the article’s preview card, in accordance with our Advertising Policy.
Respect and Fairness

Artificial Intelligence
We use AI tools in parts of our work, and we tell readers when we do.
What we use AI for. Drafting articles from press releases and official announcements, where the underlying facts come from the source document. Research assistance, formatting, and copy editing. Generating initial interview questions for our Get Interviewed service, which is disclosed on that page.
What we do not use AI for. We do not publish AI-generated text without human review. We do not use AI to fabricate quotes, sources, interviews, or events. We do not use AI to generate images presented as photographs of real people or real events. We do not use AI to write opinion or criticism and present it as a person’s judgment.
Human accountability. Every article that uses AI assistance is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a person before publication. A named editor is responsible for the accuracy of the finished piece, and AI assistance is never a defense for an error. Corrections are handled the same way regardless of how an article was drafted — see our Corrections Policy.
Disclosure. Articles drafted with AI assistance carry a note at the end of the article stating how AI was used. Articles where AI was used only for research or formatting carry a lighter note saying so. Articles written entirely by a person carry no note.
Screening submitted work. We screen contributor submissions for undisclosed AI-generated text. Contributors are required to disclose AI use to us, and undisclosed use is grounds for ending the relationship.
