Recently, the Institute of Caribbean Studies in Washington, DC, presented Frederick with its Trailblazer award. He was acknowledged for his efforts and for successfully completing 17 years of building out his brainchild, TEMPO Networks. Frederick has always put his heart and soul into providing quality content to TEMPO viewers that represents the Caribbean culture and its significance.

After years of experience, Frederick is expanding TEMPO Networks with the recent launch of its streaming platform (TEMPO+), available in the Google and Apple stores on Roku and numerous other platforms. He aims to create even better and more original content for TEMPO viewers. With his extraordinary creative skills, he designs programming and content for people from different parts of the world who love and enjoy watching Caribbean content.
Since its launch, the quality content has helped unify the Caribbean countries and even been a catalyst for regional travel. Moreover, TEMPO has also provided a platform for many Caribbean artists to showcase their talent, including big names like Rihanna at the beginning of her remarkable journey.
