Belgian singer PJ Far West Selecta releases his single, ‘Jah Jah Riddims.’
Based in Vilvoorde, PJ Far West Selecta is popularly known for his reggae productions. Besides working as a producer, he is also a multi-instrumentalist and DJ. While trying to build a strong and stable musical foundation, he went through a series of practices in the industry. This practical experience shaped him through his youth and has sustained him till now.
PJ Far West Selecta started training himself in the music field while he was young, and by the age of 14, he mastered the work of the bass and guitar. It encouraged his participation in playing for different rock bands before he eventually laid his focus on reggae and dub. His obsession with reggae led to a great contribution to the contemporary roots reggae and dub scenes. A DIY production style that blends traditional rhythms with modern electronic elements.
‘Jah Jah Riddims,’ otherwise known as “Jah Jah Rhythms,” is a new roots reggae song by PJ Far West Selecta (Bart) & Ras Mundele (Eric) with Noya, a Jamaican vocalist. It is a contemporary roots reggae that openly accepts classic reggae while showcasing a scene of independence.
